Cameras Inc. Started in 1956 as a camera store in Boston, Massachusetts. Today we are one of the largest independent imaging and electronics stores in metro Boston, with stores in Arlington and Somerville.

Orders placed on our website by 10:00am can be picked up in store by 4:00pm the same day monday thru friday. When placing your order please select which location you would like to pick up the order from.
Return and refund policy
At Cameras Inc. your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If you're ever dissatisfied with your film developing, digital prints, or merchandise for any reason, we will provide you with a full replacement or full refund. Please contact us to arrange a replacement or refund at 781.648.8111. We ask that you return the unsatisfactory items.
If you request a refund it will be credited to the credit card currently listed in your Cameras Inc. account. If you request a replacement we will arrange for you to reorder the original items at no charge. We cannot re-submit or re-create orders.
For returns on prints or photo cards picked up at a retail location, please visit the store where you picked up your order.
Shipping information overview
We offer a variety of shipping options for products purchased online at Cameras Inc.
Note about delivery times: Please add your order processing time to the shipping time to determine total delivery time. For example, if you order prints and choose overnight shipping, the order is processed in 1-2 business days and delivered 1 business day later. Total delivery time is 2-3 business days.
Shipping options: When purchasing Cameras Inc. photo products, you can choose from the following shipping options.
Standard (USPS): After receiving your order shipped email, allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive.
2-day shipping: After receiving your order shipped email please allow 2 full business days for your order to arrive. Delivery is provided by UPS or FedEx and your order will arrive by 5pm on the second business day. No signature is required. Order tracking is included and is available in your online order status. Note that 2-day shipping is not available for P.O. box addresses.
Overnight shipping: After receiving your order shipped email please allow 1 full business day for your order to arrive. Delivery is provided by UPS or FedEx and your order will arrive by 3pm on the next business day to most locations, and by 5pm on the second business day for locations that are especially far from airport service center. No signature is required. Order tracking is included and is available in your online order status. Note that overnight shipping is not available for P.O. box addresses.
